With over 20 years of experience in international business development across Nordic and German markets, I’ve helped hundreds of companies successfully navigate cross-border expansion.
My background combines practical business and entrepreneurial experiences with academic research in international trade. I’ve personally built and managed projects and distribution networks in all Nordic countries and in Germany, giving me hands-on insight into the challenges and opportunities these markets present.
As a solo consultant, I work directly with each client, ensuring you get senior-level expertise and personalised attention throughout our collaboration. My extensive network of industry contacts becomes your network when we work together.

I’m an experienced coordinator and project manager well versed in market research, project management, and sales.
My academic credentials are from social sciences and international relations with studies in England and Sweden. My prior engagements include; work as an administrative assistant at Lund University Biomedical Centre, teacher, athletics coach, customer service, and B2C sales responsibilities in HORECA / horticulture / fashion and clothing. I serve as a volunteer for the Swedish Red Cross, and am a board member of Uppsala Civil Defense Association.
I speak fluent Danish, Swedish, English, and my base is Uppsala, Sweden.
